Overview
This section provides the foundational reference data for understanding who is involved in care delivery, where that care takes place, and under what data sharing context the data is accessible. These models are not clinical in nature — they describe the organisational and workforce structure that underpins all other models in the platform.
Together they answer the key contextual questions that sit behind almost every other dataset:
-
Which organisation does this data belong to?
-
Where was care delivered?
-
Who recorded or authorised this clinical activity?
-
Which organisations share data with each other, and under what agreement?
-
Organisation and user identifiers appear across nearly every other model in iPCV, this group acts as the primary resolution layer — turning raw IDs into meaningful names, addresses, roles, and relationships.
