This section covers the care record data models available in iPCV. These models represent the core care record activity recorded against patients in the source, encompassing coded and uncoded entries like diagnoses, procedures, referrals, allergies, immunisations, and diary entries.

Models in this group

Model	Description
Observation	The default care record type in the source. Covers all coded and uncoded care record entries that are not mapped to a more specific resource — diagnoses, test results, procedures, family history, template data, and more.
Allergy	Patient allergy and adverse reaction records extracted from the source, derived from the observation pipeline and classified as allergies.
Immunisation	Patient immunisation records, including batch numbers, manufacturers, and injection site details, derived from the observation pipeline and classified as immunisations.
Problem	Problems and conditions recorded against patients care record, including linked observations, problem status, and episode context.
Referral	Referral observations recorded in the source, providing details of onward care requests made for patients.
Diary	Patient recall and diary entries recorded in the source used to schedule and track future care activities.
